    Kick off your college search at Junior Preview Day, an experience designed just for high school juniors. Talk one-on-one with admission staff to demystify the application and financial aid process. Find out what steps you can take now to prepare you for applying to college.     Owen Hall Day

    Join our arts community on Owen Hall Day, and explore our university with acclaimed faculty and students who foster excellence, individuality, and diversity while encouraging original and creative minds. Owen Hall houses UNC Asheville's art and media programs, including: Art History, Ceramics, Drawing, Sculpture, Photography, Printmaking, and New Media.

    Owen Hall Day events include:
    • Optional portfolio reviews with faculty (advanced sign-up is required and will become available upon registration for Owen Hall Day)
    • Exhibitions on view featuring the Art & Art History Alumni Exhibition located in the S. Tucker Cooke Gallery and the New Media Inaugural Alumni Exhibition located in the New Media Gallery
    • Alumni panel discussions at 10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
    • Campus tours at noon
    • Department tours conducted throughout the event

    Fall Open House

    UNC Asheville's Open House offers high school students, transfer students, and family members a chance to learn about the people and experiences that make our university special. Throughout the day, visitors connect with current undergraduates, interact with faculty, tour campus, and learn about the application and financial aid process.
